This series contains one undated booklet of several different types of constitutions and bylaws for the Women's Missionary Federation (WMF) of the American Lutheran Church (1930-1960). The pamphlet includes the federation constitution and bylaws, as well as model constitutions and bylaws for district organizations, groups, and societies. There is also mention of how to revise a society constitution to address the issue of women's circle groups, known as the Women of the Church Plan.

The ALC met as a delegate body biennially in October, the time and place of which was determined by the president and Board of Trustees. All boards and standing committees sent their reports to the president at least sixty days before the convention, so that he could have them printed and sent to the delegates twenty days before the biennial meeting.
